Showering for the way you live
This BRIGHT SHOWERS dual shower system combines a 9-inch rainfall shower head with a five-setting handheld shower, adjustable slide bar, and 5-foot stainless steel hose. Enjoy overhead coverage, direct the handheld for everyday rinsing, or use its Power Wash spray for targeted shower-cleaning tasks.
Why we chose it
This system fits Jaybird Essentials’ Live collection through practical flexibility for everyday life at home. The adjustable handheld holder, bottom-mounted diverter, and choice of spray patterns offer ways to arrange your shower around your preferences and space.
Features and spray options
- 9-inch rainfall shower head with 200 silicone nozzles.
- Handheld shower with five settings, including rain, massage, mist, and combination spray modes.
- Built-in Power Wash spray, described by the supplier for targeted rinsing and shower-cleaning applications.
- Adjustable slide bar for changing the handheld holder’s height.
- Bottom-mounted diverter for switching between shower functions.
- 5-foot stainless steel hose with a supplier-described flexible, anti-kink connection.
Finish and flow-rate options
Listed finish options are Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Oil-Rubbed Bronze, and Matte Black. Listed flow-rate options are 1.8 gallons per minute and 2.5 gallons per minute. Select the available finish and flow-rate combination that suits your installation; actual performance depends on water pressure and plumbing conditions.
Compatibility and installation
The supplier describes compatibility with standard ½-inch NPT U.S. shower connections and installation using existing in-wall plumbing. Optional drill-free mounting depends on the wall surface and mounting setup. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for approved surfaces, preparation, mounting components, and any curing requirements. Have a qualified installer confirm connection compatibility, wall suitability, waterproofing, and placement before installation. Do not assume drill-free mounting works on every shower wall.
Accessibility and individual fit
The handheld shower and adjustable holder offer options to consider for different bathing positions, including seated showering. If you or someone in your household has a disability or limited mobility, assess handheld weight and grip, hose reach, diverter access, holder-adjustment effort, and shower clearances with a qualified installer or accessibility professional where appropriate. Measure the distance from the hose connection to your intended bathing position; a 5-foot hose may not reach every seat or layout.
The slide bar positions the shower head; it is not a grab bar or transfer support and should not be used to support body weight. Use the Power Wash function according to the manufacturer’s directions for the intended task. Do not assume this system provides thermostatic temperature control or anti-scald protection; have your installer assess the existing shower controls and your individual needs.
